This class was an intro to design concepts. To be completely honest, it was a little too introductory. I didn't learn very much because it was so basic. However, I did still appreciate the class for one reason: it was an excuse to create. Each week there was a different project where we'd have to do some short design based on different prompts. What I liked is that these prompts allowed for (and encouraged) many different mediums. I worked with photography, collage, sketching, and painting. I tried to be as varied as possible in order to just get practice practicing if that makes sense. Not everything was something I was in love with, but that wasn't the point. I was making things and keeping my mind and hands busy. And I really liked it.
