This is still new to me, but I was just hired as a set designer for the Undergraduate Theatre Society's spring production. I'm both excited and scared for it. I'm really glad that I'm able to get involved in theatre, but learning how to design during a pandemic will be a unique challenge. Right now, I'm going to start working with the design team to devise the play so that it works set in modern times, and also through a screen either on zoom or recorded. It's gonna be an interesting ride.
I will most likely also be updating my portfolio for the next two quarters with artifacts from this show as it progresses.
